A shoot at Beyond the Room always starts with a vision, a goal for the visuals. Most of the time, fresh imagery is needed for marketing purposes for the website or social platforms. For this, I will create images that speak to the next guest. To ensure the images speak, we will go over the vision of the shoot. If you don't have any, I will take inspiration from the online presence and go from there. Depending on the vision, I will spend 3+ days at the property and shoot hero, detail, and lifestyle imagery at various settings in the room, lobby, gardens, or terrace. If there is a wish for photography of experiences the hotel offers, these can be added to my itinirary.

For European shoots, 2 to 4 weeks in advance is ideal. For international assignments requiring travel visas or specific seasonal lighting, 1 to 2 months is recommended.

Standard packages include commercial web, social media, and internal marketing rights.
Extended licensing for print, national advertising campaigns, or third-party usage (e.g., press, OTAs, arch-digest features) can be tailored to your needs.
